Two weeks.
One person texting how they feel to public display boards.
Anonymously.
One user was anonymously sending text messages from their mobile phone to the public
display boards for two weeks. One display board was visually displaying the user's message
and another display board was using audio to 'say' the users message. The installation probed
the user’s experience of being able communicate to another part of society anonymously
and the associations the passing public made with the user.
The installation turns the concept of personal blogging on its head; from virtual space
to real space, from where you can choose to see it to where you have to see it.
The pre-twitter installation was used to probe two different perspectives of the experience, that of the
anonymous user and that of the passers by.
